How to be happy

By definition happiness can happen at any moment and all the time! Since happiness is a mental state, you are the only one who is in control of making your mental state a pleasant one.

1. Be grateful for all you have
2. Live in the present moment
3. Think positive- Find good in all things
4. Seek peace- even with those difficult to get along with
5. Surround yourself with people who are going to lift you higher
6. Do the right thing even when nobody is watching (That is what builds character and habit)
7. Take time for yourself to meditate, pray, and reflect
8. Laugh and smile often
9. Help others as much as you can- have a serving and kind heart
10. LOVE yourself- take care of your mental, emotional and physical health, you deserve it! Stay true to who you are, don't compromise your values or beliefs for someone else' happiness.
